1. Who handles your information
Resheno is the studio name used by Roman Alekseevich Ananyev, registered sole proprietor, OGRNIP (registration number) 323930100290649.
For privacy requests, contact ananevromanalekseevich@yandex.ru.
2. Project enquiries
When you submit the form, we receive your name, email, project description, optional budget and file, the selected case context if any, and the page from which you submitted the enquiry. Technical information may be processed to protect the website and handle the request.
We use this information to respond, clarify the project, prepare a proposal, and take the steps you request before a contract. If a contract follows, relevant information is also used to perform the contract and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
The form asks for your agreement to process the enquiry. This choice is separate from optional analytics. Please do not include sensitive customer records or information you are not authorised to share.
3. Storage and recipients
Enquiries and attachments are stored privately on the website’s server, hosted by Timeweb on infrastructure in Russia. Studio notifications may be delivered through Telegram. Contact details and project materials are not publicly accessible through the website.
We do not sell enquiry data or provide it for third-party marketing. Access is limited to what is needed to handle the request, operate the website, deliver an agreed project, or respond to a lawful request.
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for no longer than 24 months. Contract-related records follow the contract and applicable accounting and tax retention requirements. Technical logs are retained for up to 12 months. Authorised personnel may handle deletion requests and retention review.
4. Optional analytics
With your separate permission, this website uses Yandex Metrica, provided by Yandex, for visit statistics and selected actions: a successfully saved enquiry, opening the studio’s Telegram link, or using the configured phone link where present.
The service may receive your IP address, browser and device details, cookie identifiers, page views, and permitted advertising identifiers. Session replay, click maps, and collection of form contents are disabled. Names, contact details, project text, attachments, and enquiry reference numbers are not included in our analytics events.
Our page-view events use an approved canonical route. After permission, validated Yandex advertising identifiers may also be included. Arbitrary query values and page fragments are excluded. The permitted advertising record can be stored in this tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for 180 days. Declining analytics does not prevent browsing or sending an enquiry. You can change your choice below. Withdrawal stops new events and removes accessible Metrica cookies; it does not remove data already received by the analytics provider.
5. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, information about recipients, or withdrawal of your consent by emailing the operator. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify your request.
We respond to privacy requests within 30 calendar days. Information is deleted where its retention is not required for an existing contract or by applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We may update this notice. The current version will remain available on this page; continuing to browse does not replace a separate analytics choice.
